Savage: The Battle For Newerth is available as a free download. Download either the Windows or Linux client at one of the following locations:

Step 2:
Download and install the most current video card drivers for your video card.

To upgrade a previous version of Savage to version 2.00e, follow these steps:

Step 1:
Install the retail version of Savage.

Step 2:
Download and install the Required Savage 2.00e Update from a link below. This update will work with any retail version of Savage. Make sure it is pointed to your initial Savage installation.Note: Savage game servers will not show up without this patch installed.
